Return Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Jewels N Findings.  However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 10 days from the date of receipt to receive an Return Authorization Number (RA).  Credit will be issued in the way of E-store credit to use on future orders.  Please read the information below concerning our return policy.
 
In order to receive proper credit, please do not return merchandise without prior authorization and a RA number.  We cannot guarantee credit on merchandise returned without a RA number.  Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise.
 
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, for a same kind replacement.

Please Note - We do not accept returns of the following:
~Clearance Items
~Earwires  (For health reasons, any type of earwire can not be returned.)
~Chain sold by-the-foot
~Partial returns on packages (example 10 pieces out of 12 piece bag)
~Portions of Bead/Brass Mix (example 6 oz out of 8 oz bag - All mixes will be weighed upon return)

Please follow these steps for Returning Merchandise:
  1. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. Example, labels must still be attached and unmarred, product in their original bags, no writing on the label. Products that are returned in a way that cannot be resold as is will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Returned merchandise must not be altered or used in any way.  Example no cut materials, no glue on parts, no bent prongs.
  3. Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with your return.  On it, please note your RA# you were given to return your items.
  4. Carefully package merchandise for return. Example, use a padded envelope or small box and bubble wrap.
  5. For your protection, you should insure your package for the full value of your return merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages on returns.
  6. The customer is responsible for postage on returned merchandise not due to our error.
  7. Your return will be processed within 2-5 business days after it is received by our office.  You will receive an email when your return process is completed.  The e-mail will include a credit voucher that you may use on your next order.  If you prefer that we refund your original method of payment, please contact us after you receive your email and credit voucher.
  8. We do not credit for shipping charges either way, unless the return is due to an error on our part.  If this is the case will credit you the return postage
  9. If your quantity order of an item qualified for a lower price tier and you return part of the quantity, your credit will be adjusted to reflect the higher price tier for the quantity you kept.  Example, ordered 12 pieces - returned 11 - kept 1. 
  10. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise that is not returned to us in sellable condition.
  11. Merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of receipt.  All sales are final after 30 days from the receipt date.
